About Jeri

I moved to Clarksville TN when I was 4. Been here for 31 years now. The military brought us here. I went to Hazelwood elementary, Northeast middle and high school, and Austin Peay State University. I love to travel, go out to eat, and experience new things. I worked on post for 15 years. I was always meeting military families.
They were always asking me questions about the area and valued my advice. I became the go-to person for helping people new to the area.

One day I was scrolling through Instagram and came across a Realtor in New York. I thought to myself. That’s what I want to do! I want a career helping people that I’d enjoy and be good at. Stepping out and taking a leap of faith to become a realtor was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I was excelling in real estate. I partnered with Rayneisha Jones and we created a real estate team Tn Home Experts. Rayneisha’s husband was in the military and their family got stationed at Fort Campbell. I helped her family move off post and buy a home. We have so much knowledge and experience which makes the home buying or home selling process easy for you.

We understand how you’re feeling and what you’re going through. We know what it’s like to move across the world and rent a home that isn’t worth all of your BAH. To sell your home and transition into a new home as minimally disruptive for your family as possible.

To want a home of your own and have property to leave your kids but allow bad credit, fear of making a big step, or being denied hold you back. When working with us, we want you to feel comfortable knowing that we can get you the results you need.

About Rayneisha

I was born in Akron, Ohio and raised in the Akron/Canton area all my life. I grew up in a loving family with my Mother and Stepfather. The oldest of four children (18-year gap between me and the youngest) I’ve always been looked at as the responsible and caretaker for my other siblings. In high school I worked my way up in the Hotel/Hospitality industry where I started as a front desk representative for Best Western. By the time I graduated high school I was promoted to front desk manager.

After 3-years as the front desk manager I was then promoted to General manager. After 3 years I then was promoted as Area general Manager for the same owner to include Best Western Plus and on the opening team for the brand-new construction of the Spring Hill Suites Marriott that I also managed, here I learned many new skills and were able to perfect skills I already possessed. The importance of strong exceptional customer service, discipline, problem resolution skills, effective management of a staff of 30-40 people, and so much more.

After 13 years in the Hospitality Industry my husband decided to join the United State Army, and we were stationed at Fort Campbell where I became a Stay-at-home mom for our 3 children, however that only lasted about a year as I missed the hustle bustle of working. I then started working at the Fort Campbell Commissary as a Support Clerk. Here I worked in the administrative office. Where we assisted the vendors of the store, responsible for signs, labels, and the pricing system for the store. I stayed here for 2-years. I then became pregnant with me and my husband's 4th child and decided to obtain my Real Estate License shortly after giving birth. I had also decided I was going to fully invest in myself and become a fulltime agent. In my first year of real estate, I was given the Rookie of the Year award by my brokerage out of several other agents for my first year in Real Estate.

Moving into the future I want to continue to make the dream of home ownership a reality and to help families start to lay the foundation of generational wealth through homeownership.
